Following the publication of his peer-reviewed American Bar Association Publications book The Procurement Fraud Guidebook: The System, Stakeholders and Response Strategies, Crowell & Moring partners David Robbins and Gail Zirkelbach (who co-edited ABA Publications The False Claims Act and Government Contracts) will lead a CLE-eligible presentation, Anatomy of a Procurement Fraud Investigation.

The presentation will track the book and:
  • Explain the government’s procurement fraud stakeholders and how they interact
  • Cover the hottest issues in False Claims Act defense and explain how those investigations proceed, and
  • Describe methods for successfully defending procurement fraud investigations
Following the two hour training will be a networking reception featuring the presenting attorneys with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. We hope you'll be able to join us for this presentation.
