Representative Engagements >

Our team advises and counsels on compliance with domestic and international product safety laws and regulations. This includes providing analysis and strategies in connection with government "reporting" obligations, and negotiating for the release of products stopped at the ports. Also, when necessary, we  negotiate and handle recalls across a variety of products and industries, including automotive, consumer products, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, as well as financial products and services such as mortgages and credit cards. For instance, we assisted clients through three of the largest recalls in automotive history and their spillover litigation.

We have a track record of successfully representing clients in criminal and civil matters, including congressional investigations, responding to warning letters and subpoenas, and defending government enforcement investigations and Department of Justice actions.
