  • AboveNet, Inc. (f/k/a Metromedia Fiber Network, Inc.)., a provider of fiber optic infrastructure, high-bandwidth Internet connectivity and managed Internet infrastructure, which listed debt totaling $5.35 billion at the time of its bankruptcy filing.
  • Maguire Group Holdings, Inc., an international provider of architectural, engineering, planning and construction management in which the U.S. Bankruptcy Court confirmed a creative reorganization plan providing different distribution treatment for two classes of general unsecured creditors.
  • Simply Fashion Stores, Ltd., a retail chain of approximately 250 stores providing affordable clothing options for the urban, female shopper.
  • Allen Systems Group, Inc., a global provider of mission critical enterprise information technology solutions which had approximately $250 million in consolidated funded debt obligations upon commencing its bankruptcy filing.
  • Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler, P.A., represented the court-appointed chapter 11 trustee for a law firm in which operated a pre-bankruptcy Ponzi scheme in excess of $1.2 billion.
  • Progressive Molded Products, Inc., an Ontario-based and leading North American automotive interior subsystem supplier, and its U.S. subsidiaries and affiliates in the company’s cross-border bankruptcy cases with annual revenues of approximately $540 million at the time of its bankruptcy filing.
