For over a decade, Crowell & Moring lawyers have represented Internet companies in a broad spectrum of matters. We provide Internet retailers with strategic advice regarding privacy policies, email and online marketing practices, terms and conditions of sale and service, customer relationship management programs, disclosures, and disclaimers. We counsel clients regarding compliance with applicable statutes, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and the Stored Communications Act. Crowell & Moring also litigates on behalf of Internet companies.

Representative Engagements
