Alice Hall-Partyka is an associate in the firm’s Health Care and Corporate groups. Her practice focuses on assisting health care payers, providers, and other health care entities on regulatory and transactional matters. She counsels clients concerning compliance with state and federal health care laws and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act, government health care program requirements, and state regulation of payers and providers. Alice also advises clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters related to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code. Further, Alice maintains an active pro bono practice, through which she has represented asylum seekers and has handled appellate matters relating to racial justice and environmental regulation.

Alice earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School with high pro bono distinction. While in law school, she successfully obtained asylum for a client who was in removal proceedings and served as the student director of the Afghanistan Legal Education Project, an initiative funded by the U.S. Department of State. Alice received her B.S. in global health and B.A. in environmental studies from the University of Southern California, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
