Alice Hall-Partyka is an associate in the firm’s Health Care and Corporate groups. Her practice focuses on assisting health care payors and providers on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. Alice also advises clients on employee benefit matters related to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code. 

Alice received her B.S. in global health and B.A. in environmental studies from the University of Southern California in 2014, where she graduated with highest honors. She earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2017 with high pro bono distinction. While in law school, Alice successfully obtained asylum for a client who was in removal proceedings; acted as the student director of the Afghanistan Legal Education Project, an initiative funded by the U.S. Department of State; was a fellow at the International Commission of Jurists; assisted local homeless and at-risk clients in accessing Social Security disability benefits; taught Stanford undergraduates in an introductory legal course; and served as a senior editor for the Stanford Law and Policy Review.
