Emma Cunningham is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Orange County office, where she practices in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Litigation groups.
During law school, Emma served as the editor-in-chief of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. In addition, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She also supervised a task force on legal research for Professor Michael Chaslow in coordination with Gould’s Small Business Clinic. As part of her undergraduate studies, she was named a Regents’ and Chancellor's Scholar and earned a research grant from the Middle Eastern Studies Department to travel to the Middle East as part of a delegation of University of California students.
Emma joined Crowell & Morning as a summer associate in 2020. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, she interned for the district office of a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and a political consulting firm. She also worked as a paralegal in Southern California.
