Florence Nieuwbourg focuses on all aspects of digital law. She has been a trainee at the European Court of Justice, where she analyzed a number of requests for preliminary rulings received from Belgian and Dutch courts, and the European Parliament. These traineeships have given her excellent insights into how these European institutions operate.

Florence is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Brussels office and a member of the firm’s Technology and Brand Protection Group. Prior to joining Crowell, Florence completed a one-year traineeship at Google’s Brussels office, where she gained valuable experience in handling legal requests, legal marketing, and litigation.
