Kuba Wisniewski is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office, where he practices in the Government Contracts and International Trade groups.
Kuba started his legal career in Europe, first as an associate at a large Polish law firm, where he worked on various public procurement and public-private partnership projects. Next, he worked at the European Space Agency, where he assisted contract officers in drafting government contracts and conducting procurement procedures for satellite and navigation projects.
Kuba earned his first legal degree from the University of Warsaw in Poland, where he was a member of the University’s student government and served as a University Senator. Subsequently, he studied public administration at Columbia University as a Fulbright Scholar and received his juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School, where he was a co-president and co-editor-in-chief of the Harvard Journal on Legislation.
