Paul Muscutt is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s Corporate group in the firm’s London office. His practice covers all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency, with a focus in the banking and asset-based lending sectors. Paul has acted primarily for financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, and corporate clients.
He is a member of the Legal and Technical Committee for the Asset Based Finance Association (ABFA – part of U.K. Finance) and a member of R3’s Policy Group. Paul is also recommended in The Legal 500 UK in the area of asset-based lending.
