Stephen Bowman is counsel on Crowell & Moring LLP’s London Corporate Team, specializing in corporate transactions. Stephen’s practice focuses primarily on UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, fundraising, and general corporate matters. Stephen has vast experience in transactions in the technology, energy, health care and automotive sectors, and also advises on sector agnostic M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.

Stephen joined Crowell in October 2022 from a leading international law firm.

  • Advising Pioneer Point Partners on the acquisition of an anaerobic digestion plant in Northern Ireland and its €60 million funding commitment to bio-energy developer Stream BioEnergy Limited.
  • Advising UK solar developer Island Green Power Limited on the sale of a 50% stake to Macquarie Asset Management, together with the acquisition of a 65MW ready-to-build solar project in Suffolk.
