W. Lawrence (“Larry”) Wescott is a discovery attorney in the firm’s E-Discovery and Information Management Practice.

Larry has counseled clients in all phases of electronic discovery, from collection and processing of data, through production and review of documents. In the information governance area, Larry has helped clients develop policies and best practice recommendations for electronic information. Representative engagements include development of document retention policies for a top five telecommunications company, oversight of a three-year document review project for a major pharmaceutical company, and collection and processing of electronic discovery information for a U.S. government agency.

Larry has technical and managerial information technology experience, including work on system and network administration, software development management, and IT management. As an IT development manager for a healthcare information content company, Larry led the development of a sales and marketing database for a major pharmaceutical company. He was also the IT manager for a small aircraft parts manufacturer in northeast Maryland.
