Yaël Rager’s practice focuses on EU and Belgian competition law, covering restrictive practices, antitrust litigation, state aid, and merger control.
Yaël also has experience in white collar crimes involving the European Anti-Fraud Office and general EU and Belgian commercial law matters.
Yaël is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Brussels office and a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Group. Prior to joining Crowell, she was a trainee at a leading company in antitrust damage recovery. Yaël subsequently worked in the EU competition and regulatory practice of a renowned Benelux independent law firm, where she advised national and international companies on various competition-related matters before the Belgian Competition Authority and the European Commission.
