Joshua Boswell is a director at C&M International, an international trade, investment and regulatory policy consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Boswell advises clients on international trade negotiations and fiscal and regulatory policy issues. He has also helped clients design and implement custom strategies for addressing smuggling and counterfeiting. Prior to joining C&M International in 2011, he worked at a defense contractor conducting research on South Asia.

Mr. Boswell has a B.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University.
