Erika A. Dirk is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. Erika represents clients in complex litigation and has experience with claims for breach of contract, trade secrets disputes, and privacy and consumer protection matters.
Prior to joining Crowell & Morning, Erika practiced commercial litigation for several years at a law firm in Chicago and served as a law clerk for a magistrate judge in the Northern District of Illinois. Erika received her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Erika worked with the Center on Wrongful Convictions and the Center for Criminal Defense. She also served as a Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Policy and was a member of the executive boards for the Women’s Leadership Coalition and the Julius H. Miner Moot Court Competition.
