Frederik focuses on corporate, commercial and data protection law.

Frederik regularly assists international companies in setting up, operating, and restructuring their business in Belgium. This includes corporate transactional matters including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and other collaborative arrangements, as well as general corporate counseling.

He has also successfully represented clients in several import duty recovery projects, both before the Belgian customs authorities and in litigation to obtain the reimbursement of import duties. Frederik gained valuable experience as a substitute judge at the Brussels Commercial Court (August 2010–March 2015).
