Justin Kingsolver is a counsel in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office and practices in the Commercial Litigation and Antitrust & Competition groups. Justin’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He has litigated and arbitrated cases in a wide array of subject areas, including contract disputes with suppliers, antitrust claims, and business torts. Justin regularly advises clients in the health care, transportation, consumer products, and tech industries.
Justin’s other pro bono practice interests include LGBT-rights advocacy, voting rights, and indigent criminal defense. While a summer associate, he assisted two Honduran children seeking asylum in the U.S. during the 2014 DACA immigration crisis.
Before joining the firm, Justin served in the general counsel's office of Gov. Jeb Bush’s 2016 presidential campaign and in the Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s international criminal cartel enforcement section. While at Michigan Law, Justin served as the chair of the LGBT affinity group, was active in moot court, and represented a criminal defendant in one of MLS’s appellate advocacy clinics.
Justin served as the Indiana University’s student body president. Justin also led a coalition of student leaders from across the state to author, advocate for, and secure passage of the Indiana Lifeline Law—a bill signed into law by Gov. Mitch Daniels.
