Kari Ferver


Kari Ferver is an associate with Crowell & Moring’s Orange County office and is a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Litigation & Trial groups. She is a litigator with a practice that focuses on representing Fortune 500 companies across various industries in complex antitrust litigation.

Kari received her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Josephine Staton and worked as a research assistant for Professor Christopher Leslie. Kari also accrued 350 hours of pro bono work and competed in UC Irvine’s 2020 Moot Court competition, achieving an Outstanding Brief Award and a place as a Top 16 Finalist.

Prior to law school, Kari represented clients seeking Social Security disability benefits. As part of this, she attended administrative hearings and trained attorneys and staff on disability advocacy. She remains involved with Social Security disability work via pro bono trainings and consultations.
