Lorenzo Di Masi is a counsel in the Brussels office of Crowell & Moring, where he focuses on international trade law, as well as on competition law and EU regulatory law.
Lorenzo’s practice covers the broad spectrum of international trade law, including EU, U.S., and other countries’ trade remedies investigations (antidumping, countervailing, and safeguard investigations), EU customs law, WTO law, as well as EU sanctions and export controls law.
In the field of competition law, Lorenzo has developed relevant experience in the field of vertical agreements, merger control, antitrust/IP related issues, and antitrust compliance.
He also regularly counsels firm’s clients on EU regulatory laws and policies relating to Union harmonization legislation, consumer protection, food, cosmetics, and chemicals.
Before joining Crowell & Moring, Lorenzo worked for the Directorate for Legislative Acts at the European Parliament and subsequently for another major international law firm in Brussels.
He received his law degree from the University of Milan and his LL.M in European Union law from University College London. He is a member of the Brussels Bar.
