Discovery Attorney

Mario T. Price is a discovery attorney in the E-Discovery & Information Management Practice in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office. His experience includes managing e-discovery processes, including collection and review of electronically stored information in litigation and design and management of review protocols, with a particular focus on financial services and antitrust matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mario was an independent legal consultant working on e-discovery projects for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, Mario was a litigation associate for an international law firm in Dallas, TX, where he coordinated trial court processes that included dispositions, motions argument, arbitrations and other processes. Mario served as a federal law clerk for the Northern District of Texas.

Mario has long been active in pro bono matters, where he works primarily with the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and We the Action as a volunteer with the Election Protection Hotline.

Mario received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. While there, he interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mario also received an M.B.A. in finance and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas.
