Tiffanie McDowell is a partner in Crowell & Moring's Orange County office, where she practices in the firm's Antitrust & Competition Group. She focuses her practice primarily on complex antitrust and health care recovery.
Tiffanie is also an experienced litigator. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Tiffanie defended corporate clients in commercial, intellectual property, and employment matters, including complex litigation.
From 2017 to 2018, Tiffanie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John F. Walter of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Before joining Judge Walter’s chambers, Tiffanie was a floating law clerk to the Honorable Dale S. Fischer in the Central District.
During law school, Tiffanie served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William Q. Hayes in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and was a member of the San Diego International Law Journal. Additionally, Tiffanie represented the University of San Diego at multiple national moot court competitions, where she received best brief and best oral advocate awards.
